My practice is grounded in women’s health and wellness. From the teenager years and finding oneself, through the college years of career and relationships exploration, to adulthood whereby many transitions take place in career and relationship. I am a genuine and compassionate listener with a lot of experience in helping high-functioning, high-achieving women. Stress can be overwhelming and can sometimes lead to depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles. I am here to help with all of it.”
