Elizabeth Schwartz, MA, LPC

Elizabeth Schwartz has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2008. She received her BA in Psychology from Indiana University and her MA in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University-Atlanta. Elizabeth obtained experience as a counselor at: the Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders, Rogers Memorial Hospital, and in private practice in both the Greater Milwaukee and the Chicagoland areas.
“You are not alone if you are feeling like you can’t keep up, you’re overstimulated but also bored, anxious, excessively guilty or regretful or just not feeling like yourself. I have a particular interest providing psychotherapy for women that helps them find themselves and their joy again.
My practice is grounded in women’s health and wellness. From the teenager years and finding oneself, through the college years of career and relationships exploration, to adulthood whereby many transitions take place in career and relationship. I am a genuine and compassionate listener with a lot of experience in helping high-functioning, high-achieving women. Stress can be overwhelming and can sometimes lead to depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles. I am here to help with all of it.”
Reviews for Elizabeth:
“You put into words what I’ve been thinking of and not able to do for myself for months!”
“After we talk, I feel like a weight’s been lifted off my chest.”
“You are such a good listener and give the best feedback. Thank you!”
“No matter what’s going on in my life, talking with Elizabeth always leaves me with a better perspective.”
